Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain lobbies, entrances, break rooms, micro kitchens, appliances, counters, hallways, elevators, common areas, conference rooms, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, tables, and other frequently touched areas.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, windowsills, doors, ledges, and other surfaces.
• Empty wastebaskets, trash containers, and recycling bins and maintain clean and sanitary waste collection areas.
• Perform routine and detailed restroom cleaning and sanitization, including toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, partitions, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Restock restroom and common-area supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, and other consumables.
• Spot clean spills, stains, fingerprints, marks, and other visible areas as needed.
• Maintain clean and presentable entrances and exterior areas by removing litter and debris as assigned.
• Promptly clean spills and address immediate floor or walkway hazards to help maintain a safe environment.
• Use appropriate cleaning methods, chemicals, supplies, and equipment in accordance with established company procedures and safety requirements. Properly handle, label, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Identify and promptly report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or facility issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with clients, occupants, visitors, and coworkers.
• Follow company health and safety requirements when handling cleaning chemicals or equipment and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• Follow all established company policies, protocols, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience in janitorial and/or commercial cleaning services.
• Basic knowledge of janitorial duties, commercial cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS), operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume, detail-oriented work environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks effectively.
• Ability to identify cleaning, safety, or service concerns and take appropriate action or report them to the supervisor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision when needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable attitude while supporting departmental and operational goals.
