POSITION SUMMARY:
This position leads the team of Housekeeping Associates and manages the operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that Villa Sport is the "cleanest club in the world" and meets all company standards for club-wide safety, sanitation, locker room operations and laundry room operations.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- $18.40-$22.75 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours.

- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection products, methods, and equipment.
- Knowledge of laundry operations.

- Chemical handling; OSHA requirements
- Experience in previous housekeeping or maintenance roles.
- Experience working for a high-end, high-touch, service-oriented business is a plus.
- Experience leading a team and being a part of a high-performing team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, customer-facing position.
- Servant leadership mindset.
- Outgoing, friendly personality with ability to work with and serve all kinds of people.
- Responsible and accountable; self-motivated.

- College degree, progress toward a college degree, or equivalent skills gained through experience.
