Sr Repair & Overhaul Maintenance Technician - M-F

Job Description

In this role, you will impact the operational readiness and longevity of semiconductor systems, contributing to Honeywell's commitment to delivering dependable and high‑quality semiconductor solutions worldwide.

• Perform detailed repair and overhaul maintenance on semiconductor components and systems following established procedures and specifications.
• Conduct inspections and functional tests to verify maintenance quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions to improve maintenance processes.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in repair and overhaul maintenance within semiconductor or a related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in using precision hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments.
• Experience with pick‑and‑place machines (e.g., MRSI), dispense machines, auto ball bonding machines (e.g., Palomar), auto wedge bonding machines (e.g., F&K), and manual bonding machines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.
• U.S. Person status is required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum or refugee status).

Swing shift M‑F (3:30pm – 12am).

Hourly salary range: $35.46 – $44.35.

• Technical diploma or associate degree in semiconductor maintenance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor repair and overhaul maintenance or similar roles.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
