ReNEW Schools is seeking a Lead Custodian to coordinate daily custodial operations across multiple facilities in San Jose, California. You will ensure that all areas are maintained to district standards, guiding and inspecting custodial staff and maintaining efficient workflows. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to creating a clean, safe environment for all.
