Primary Responsibilities- Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces. Empty trash receptacles as needed.
- Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing.
- Duties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.
- General maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed.
