Essex Property Trust in San Jose is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance across the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. You will prepare vacant units, inspect the grounds and common areas, and address resident requests to preserve asset quality.
This onsite role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and on-call availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
