The associate director of custodial services & climate control systems leads the university's custodial, moving, and climate control operations across more than six million square feet of campus facilities. Reporting to the senior director of maintenance & operations, this position oversees operations, budgets, and personnel while ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused services. The role collaborates with campus partners to drive operational excellence and support the university's mission.
