Villa Monterey, a 120-unit Tax Credit community in San Jose, is looking for a Service Technician I to assist the Service Technician II with maintenance tasks and unit turnovers. You will help keep the property clean, safe, and presentable while learning property management software to log work orders and track activities.
Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of maintenance or janitorial experience, basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, and strong resident relations and communication skills.
