Maintenance Technician

Manufacturing Environment | Full-Time

Schedule & Compensation

Shift:
Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
  • Conduct daily system inspections, maintenance tasks, and equipment checks
  • Document maintenance activities using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility‑related issues
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment
  • Clean, inspect, and leak‑check systems and components
  • Prepare parts and components for shipment to external vendors for repair or cleaning
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and preventive maintenance records
  • Support facility operations, building systems, and grounds maintenance
  • Follow all safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and senior team members to support continuous improvement efforts
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or technical school certification
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in facility maintenance or cleanroom environments
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (COGZ experience is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of electronic test equipment
  • Understanding of OSHA and environmental regulations

Physical & Work Environment

  • Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting

  • Exposure to industrial equipment, chemicals, and gases
  • Must be able to pass a pulmonary function test for respirator use

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
