This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Days off are Sunday and Monday. On Call.
Requirements: 1-2 Years Housing Discount - This position is eligible for 20% housing discount. Position eligible for incentive-based bonuses. Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and make-ready/turn processes is required. Must be able to travel between properties throughout the South Bay, San Francisco, and East Bay areas.
Essential Responsibilities3. Assists in conducting routine and periodic property inspections to identify safety and risk management concerns, keep the property in good repair, and communicate concerns about the physical needs of the property to management.
