- Manageandmaintainthefacilitybothinsideandoutside.
- Managefacility pestcontrolandmaintainallassociatedlogsandvendors.
- RepairallproductionandR&Dequipment asneeded.
- Managecleanroominventoryoftherequired compliantcoverings.
- Responsibleforensuringsubordinatesfollowall Company guidelinesrelatedto
Health, Safetyand Environmental(EH&S) practices andthatallresourcesneeded todosoare available and in good condition. - ProvidelocalsupporttoITrelating towiringand equipment.
- Performsotherdutiesassigned asneeded.
- Musthaveaminimum ofthreetofive(3-5) yearsrelevantfacilitiesexperience.
- Experiencewithoffice
365isrequired. - Experience with Microsoft Word , Exceland Power Pointprogramsisrequired .
- AbilitytousePCandassociatedsoftwareisrequired.
- Excellent verbal andwrittencommunicationskills
- Abilitytoworkindependently
- Proficient with Microsoftofficeapplications
