Maintenance and Automation Supervisor

Kellanova seeks a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations within our dynamic food & beverage facilities. This role involves leading a team dedicated to maintaining equipment, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Our Maintenance Supervisor will directly contribute to the success of our globally recognized brands, such as Cheez-It , Pringles , and Eggo , by ensuring facilities run smoothly and productively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff performance in food processing and packaging areas.
• Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Collaborate with the production teams to minimize downtime and increase productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and forecast requirements for maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or upgrades.
