Maintain common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the listed duties;
Spot clean the lobby glass doors, polish chrome on lobby doors, vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day;
Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash; empty and clean exterior trash receptacles; clean restrooms twice daily;
Sweep stairwells and landings; remove debris from landscaped areas; sweep building entrances;
Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons; assist building Engineer daily as needed
