Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source of defects and making repairs;
Make-ready process: pre-move-in inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing maintenance tasks, inspecting work;
Manage materials: access, tracking inventory, returning unused items, notifying for re-orders;
Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests for tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleaning and painting as needed
