You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and assist with make-readies for vacant units while coordinating with vendors as needed.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call duties is required.
