Tradesman - HVAC

** Essential

Duties & Responsibilities *
* + Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services.

+ Cooling tower and condenser maintenance - coils, evaporators and tubes

+ Clean and perform routine maintenance as required

+ Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.

+ General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Valid Vehicle Operators license

+ Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time.

+ Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs.

+ Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights.

+ Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection.

+ Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance
