We are looking for a couple / family to fulfill the on-site roles of a On-site Manager and a Maintenance professional. These roles include overseeing daily property operations, supervising teams, ensuring property maintenance, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and addressing repair needs efficiently. The selected candidates will play a critical role in fostering a safe and efficient living and working environment for tenants.
Qualifications- Proven Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
- Strong expertise in Maintenance Management, including scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair, focusing on identifying, diagnosing, and resolving property-related issues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in property maintenance and repair.
- General knowledge of safety practices and compliance requirements.
