Janitorial​/Cleaning & Maintenance Attendant

Overview

$20.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision. 3 weeks paid time off. 401k with 100% match up to 6%.

Buc-ee's is coming to San Marcos, TX – opening August 2026.

• Manually clean and use light commercial motorized cleaning equipment.
• Execute cleaning in accordance with store cleaning matrix.
• Provide light maintenance to all elements of store equipment.
• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions to General Manager.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, overnight, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must stand and walk up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces.
• Repetitive motion with hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
• Capable of operating and using all necessary equipment for store operations.
• Good vision and depth perception.
• Ability to bend, carry, climb, push, pull, stoop, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and work in elevated places.
• Use of chemicals for cleaning and maintenance of facility is required.
• Work with little supervision at a rapid pace for extended shifts of 10+ hours.
• Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times.
