Operate and monitor building systems (BAS, CMMS) and perform preventive maintenance tasks;
Inspect vacated apartments and record necessary repairs;
Maintain safety compliance and public relations with residents;
Coordinate maintenance schedules with vendors and daily assignments with the Supervisor;
Perform routine appliance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting tasks to prepare apartments for turnover
