Job Description
The Maintenance, Housmen & Groundskeeping role focuses on performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of facilities and grounds. Working as part of a large team and reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, this position involves the use of manual tools to maintain safe and well-kept environments.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across facilities and grounds
- Operate manual tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in landscaping and groundskeeping duties
- Support preventive maintenance efforts to reduce downtime
- Coordinate with team members to accomplish daily maintenance goals
- 2+ years experience in maintenance and groundskeeping
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Experience in landscaping and equipment operation
- Commitment to safety compliance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large team
