Hiring Residential Housekeepers & Commercial Cleaners

We service Residential & Commercial cleanings at MCS!

We are a small company with an awesome team looking to hire more hard working friendly faces that LOVE to clean and have good eye for detail!

Looking for Part time / Full time possibility after 30 days. We have a few shifts that we need to fill:

Early Birds 6am-930am

Mornings 9am-1245pm

Afternoons 1245-5pm

Evenings 5pm-10pm

(Time flexes depending on job completion but shifts are usually 3-4hrs each)

Start IMMEDIATELY!
MUST have at least 1 year experience with a professional cleaning company/Speak some basic English/US resident/NO felony or theft record and can pass background check!

Must have a cell phone with access to text messaging, have valid DL and insured reliable car.
Paid training/starting pay is negotiable for experienced cleaners with professional experience!

Starting $15-$25 depending on experience and work type

Tips/Commission/Bonuses

Paid every 2 weeks on Friday (Direct Deposit optional) (not under the table)

How many years of Residential Cleaning experience you have and if youve ever worked for a cleaning company before?

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Own a personal vehicle
• Valid auto liability insurance
• Background check
• Speaks English
• Willing to travel locally
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• 6+ months of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
