Campus Realty Management is seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician in San Marcos, TX to support daily upkeep of student housing communities. You will perform inspections, respond to work orders, and complete general repairs on units, common areas, and building systems.
Youll diagnose issues, conduct preventive maintenance, coordinate with property management to prioritize and document work, assist with unit turns, and help maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with safety
