Demonstrate proficiency in Building Automation Systems, Entrata and CMMS for logging service requests and completed work;
Maintain the physical condition of the property per SOP and OSHA standards;
Perform routine maintenance on major building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water distribution, BAS) and life-safety systems;
Inspect vacated apartments and coordinate repairs with Facilities Supervisor;
Routinely inspect interior common areas and exterior to ensure upkeep and safety; assist in emergency/disaster preparedness planning
