Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for one of its communities in San Marcos, TX. You will oversee maintenance operations, service requests, preventive maintenance, and supervise staff and vendors to keep the property in top condition.
The role requires on-site attendance, strong safety knowledge (OSHA), Fair Housing compliance, and coordination with the Community Manager. EPA/CPO certification is preferred; HVAC experience is a plus, and strong customer service is essential.
