Customer Service Representative
Job OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.
Roles & Responsibilities- Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
- Operate motorized cleaning equipment
- Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
- Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
- Maintain clean work area
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
- Fill in during staff shortage
- Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand customer service and satisfaction
- Understand reporting systems and the environment
No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMay be required to hold a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certifications. Forklift certification may also be required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or listen and must be able to lift or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. The work environment may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and noise.
Compensationand Shift
Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 pm–3:30 am
Hourly rate: $19.00–$20.00
