** Vehicle Technician (Base Ops)
** to join their team. As a  
** Vehicle Technician** , you will be part of the  
** Fleet Operations Department
** supporting the  
** Vehicle Readiness and Engineering Support Team** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong problem-solving skills** ,  
** attention to detail** , and  
** excellent communication skills** , which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Pay Range:**  $46.00 - $54.00 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for testing and operations.

+ Configure, set up, and sign off vehicles for safe on-road use.

+ Coordinate repair activities and escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams as needed.

+ Maintain service records, diagnostic reports, and vehicle documentation.

+ Support shop operations, including inventory management, tool organization, and facility upkeep.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 2-4 years of automotive technician experience.

+ Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, diagnostics, tools, and equipment.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

+ Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening.

+ Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
