Salary Range: $21.00 - $21.00 Hourly

• Maintain cleanliness of gym floors, workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize high‑touch surfaces, including gym equipment, mirrors, counters, door handles, and fitness stations.
• Restock restroom and locker room supplies, including soap, paper towels, tissue paper, and sanitizing products.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Spot clean spills and address housekeeping concerns promptly to maintain a safe environment.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, hazards, or supply shortages to management.
• Follow safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Provide professional and courteous interactions with gym members and staff when needed.
• Support special cleaning tasks or projects as assigned by management.

• Previous janitorial, porter, or custodial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have own transportation as the position requires travel to various locations.
• Basic knowledge of standard janitorial duties, cleaning techniques, products and equipment preferred.
• High school diploma/GED required (or equivalent work experience in lieu).
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have ability to read and interpret documents such as safety data sheets (SDS), operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals, etc.
• Must be able to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Be able to work in a team‑oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude at all times, and assist the team/department to complete goals.
• Use logic & reasoning to identify strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client, supervisor and coworkers.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires regular attendance and/or physical presence at the job.
• Fast‑paced, high volume, detail‑oriented work environment.
• Requires ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials. (40%)
• Lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
• Requires extensive use of hands (reach over, bend, extend hands). (40%)
• Reach above and below shoulder height, constant walking, standing in one place for long periods, bending, stooping, lifting, kneeling, etc. (80%)
• Work in varying temperature environments (internal and external parts of the building).
