Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas including electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors/locks.;
Assists in providing initial response for HVAC malfunctions and simple repairs.;
Responds to emergency calls and fire alarms site-wide.;
Conducts scheduled rounds to maintain a secure environment for residents and property.;
Collaborates with Director of Plant Operations and Executive Director to ensure efficient operation.
