* * Position Summary**:

This role involves routine cleaning tasks, minor maintenance, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for occupants of Schweitzer facilities. Additionally, responsible for banquet and wedding function set up and tear down.
** Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:
*** Cleans and maintains the restrooms and lodging facilities around the Schweitzer base area, including outhouses.
* Cleans locations by vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, wiping windows and dusting. Remove all trash in all public indoor areas. Stocks and organize storage closets.
* Deep cleaning with buffer, extractor and carpet cleaner. Will also strip and seal floors as necessary. Attention to detail is important in our deep cleaning sessions.
* Perform minor repairs including touch-up paint jobs.
* Banquet set up and tear downs include moving and placing tables, chairs and other furniture for functions.
* During summer operations, you are responsible for using a leaf blower to clean outdoor seating and cleaning the lower level of the Mid-Mountain Lodge Sky House.

** Secondary Responsibilities**:
* Indoor and outdoor set up for Event functions, including employee and guest events, like Holiday Party, Wine Fest, Fall Fest, etc.

Job Skills **:

License/Certifications
- Current and valid driver's license  Technical
- Some computer skills preferred

Physical Capabilities
- Able to lift 25-50 and repeatedly bend, twist, lift, pull, push, kneel, climb,Squat. Expect to stand or walk for entirety of shift.

** Education/Related Experience**:

Minimum education required- GED or high school diploma

Minimum time in related position- 1 yr experience preferred but willing to train
