Entry Level Cleaner

As an Entry Level Cleaner, you will perform routine cleaning tasks with energy and attention to detail, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties across various areas including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces to ensure a spotless shine.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability for staff and visitors.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly, following safety and environmental guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently to ensure quality work.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition through proper use and routine checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role is designed for energetic individuals who take pride in creating clean and safe spaces while gaining valuable experience in residential cleaning and vacation rental turnover. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
