We are currently seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Apartment Maintenance Rover in Sandusky or Mansfield, Ohio. Explore the property here  and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Ability to drive between Sandusky, OH and Mansfield OH
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on‑call rotation as needed
• Snow removal when needed

• 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
• Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

• $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
• Annual salary increases up to 5%
• Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
• On‑call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs
