Thanks for reading our job ad! We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Rover in Sandusky or Mansfield, Ohio.

Your day-to-day:

• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Ability to drive between Sandusky, OH and Mansfield OH
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
• Snow removal when needed

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
• Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

Compensation & Benefits:

- $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

- Annual salary increases up to 5% - Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
