The Test Facilities Operation, and Engineering (TFOME III) Team, which includes Troy7, Sierra Lobo, HX5, Amentum & MSM, is currently seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to operate heavy equipment for the purpose of construction, demolition, or excavation. The TFOME team provides engineering and technical services in the aeronautics, space power, and propulsion test facilities.

• Cleaning and keeping in an orderly condition, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Washing windows, door panels, and sills, cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, and metalwork.
• Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
• Emptying wastebaskets and transporting trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishing custodial and cleaning supplies.
• Other duties as required, may be able to shovel walkways.

Must have a combination of the following education and experience:

• Thorough knowledge of cleaning supplies
• Ability to work while bending, standing, stooping, kneeling, or in a prone position for extended time periods
• Ability to lift/ carry items sometime up and down stairways and push/ pull heavy objects
• Ability to use PPE, hearing, and vision protection.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions, high and low temperatures, indoors and outdoors, in hot, humid, dusty, noisy, dirty, and greasy environments, as well as, areas where there may be materials that are irritating to eyes, nose, throat, and skin while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. It may also require working in closely confined spaces.
• Requires a minimum of zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience.

Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
