Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and fixtures including HVAC registers;
Complete daily assignments to club standards and coordinate with supervisor on work requests;
Perform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related areas;
Maintain a maintenance and project checklist for preventive maintenance and improvements
