Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform multi-trade maintenance in single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service. You will complete Pro Care visits, educate residents on home systems, and schedule follow-up maintenance while maintaining safety standards.
Candidates should have 2–5+ years of residential maintenance experience, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license.
