Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in single-family rental homes. You will provide outstanding resident service and complete tasks with respect for residents’ homes.
You will handle Pro Care visits, educate residents on home systems, and coordinate follow-up visits via the maintenance app. The role requires OSHA 10, 2–5+ years in maintenance, and a valid driver’s license.
