• Lead a small team of house cleaners at each job
• Deliver high-quality residential cleaning services
• Ensure every home meets Molly Maid standards
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Complete checklists and required paperwork accurately
• Keep your team on schedule and working efficiently

• Reliable and dependable attendance (this is a must)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lead and support a team

• Valid driver’s license (ability to drive company car)
• Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday
• Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, cleaning all day)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• $450–$700 per week (based on performance and experience)
