About the Position
Mass Commercial Cleaning, Inc. (MCC) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Weekend Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Tree House Brewing Company in Charlton, Massachusetts.
The Weekend Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining customer, event, employee, office, restroom, and production-related areas throughout the facility.
This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, works efficiently and independently, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Primary Responsibilities Retail / TaproomSweep, mop, and/or auto-scrub taproom floors.
Clean the main entrance glass and vestibule.
Clean and restock the two retail restrooms.
Clean water bottle and drink station fillers.
Spot clean lower sliding glass panes.
Remove trash and maintain a clean and presentable taproom.
Sweep and mop event room floors.
Spot clean sliding door windows.
Clean and restock the three event room restrooms.
Clean water bottle and drink station fillers.
Spot clean tables, particularly following weekend events.
Maintain the event room in a clean and presentable condition.
Sweep and mop mezzanine floors as needed.
Sweep and maintain stairs.
Remove visible dirt, debris, and litter.
Clean and maintain two restrooms.
Check and maintain the shower room.
Wipe countertops.
Clean sinks.
Clean the microwave inside and outside.
Clean the outside of the refrigerator.
Remove trash and replace liners.
Sweep and mop the employee locker area floor.
Remove trash and recycling and replace liners.
Sweep and mop floors as assigned.
Clean and stock the restroom.
Maintain office areas in a clean and professional condition.
Dust vent diffusers.
Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures.
Vacuum and/or sweep floors.
Damp mop floors.
Replenish toilet paper and other restroom supplies as needed.
Spot clean restroom stalls and walls.
Maintain restrooms in a clean, sanitary, and presentable condition.
Sweep and mop floors.
Clean interior and exterior glass as assigned.
Maintain the office/control room in a clean condition.
Refill all dispensers.
Clean and disinfect fixtures.
Sweep floors.
Damp mop floors.
Ensure restrooms remain stocked and sanitary.
The ideal candidate will:
Be dependable and have excellent attendance.
Be comfortable working independently.
Have strong attention to detail.
Take pride in keeping a facility clean and presentable.
Be able to follow cleaning procedures and instructions.
Be able to prioritize tasks during an 8-hour shift.
Communicate effectively with MCC supervisors and facility personnel.
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude.
Be physically able to perform the duties associated with commercial cleaning.
Be comfortable working around customers, employees, and event guests.
Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but on-the-job training may be provided.
Weekend ScheduleSaturday: 8 hours - 8pm-4am
Sunday: 8 hours - 8pm-4am
Total: 16 hours per week
The cleaner will be responsible for completing the assigned cleaning duties during each weekend shift. Because Tree House Brewing Company may have events and increased customer activity on weekends, the employee should be prepared to respond to additional cleaning needs as they arise.
