Parkat City Center Apartments
is on the lookout for a thorough full-time Housekeeper with excellent cleaning standards who finds fulfillment and joy in cleaning. The goal is to enhance the resident experience by keeping our community in a clean and orderly condition.
Qualifications- No experience required, we're happy to train you!
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, with the ability to adjust to changes in workload
- Ability to prioritize workload appropriately
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity on personal as well as professional level.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
- Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean all aspects to prepare the vacant unit including appliances, bathrooms, glass, etc. Other than steam cleaning the carpets, the unit should be ready for move-in.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Request re-ordering needed supplies from the Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure proper use of all supplies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Identify and fix any need for paint touch-ups in the building's interior.
- Daily removal of trash/recycling, pressure washing, and cleaning of trash rooms.
- Handle reasonable resident complaints/requests and inform others when required.
- Assist in cleaning all building hallways, stairwells, trash rooms, elevators, daily trash pick-up and performing additional janitorial duties as needed.
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
- Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
- Complete any grounds work as directed by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor which may include picking up trash, sweeping curbs, dumpster areas and maintaining landscaping beds and other areas.
