We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team as a full‑time Pest Control Technician located around Provo, UT. The position reports to the office in Sandy, UT once per week.

Responsibilities

• Running a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance with state and federal laws
• Serving as a subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs
• Maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advising customers of potential problems
• Keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Managing inventory of pesticides in use
• Assigning a route within local area
• Carrying a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications

• Any candidate willing to learn; no experience necessary.
• A US driver’s license valid for a minimum of three years.
• A clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years).
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
