Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through according to guidelines;
Perform out-of-room cleaning and maintenance as outlined in the Green Shield Binder;
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder;
Maintain records including PM deficiencies, inspections, and logs as per Green Shield Binder;
Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current
