Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs;
Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining materials;
Access and manage materials, supplies, and equipment from the property maintenance department and notify supervisor for re-orders;
Document maintenance work and service requests accurately for tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning, painting, and debris removal
