As a Fabricator, you will:

• Fabricate, layout, align, and fit materials into products following blueprints, specifications, and applicable tools and equipment.
• Perform quality checks on completed products and ensure all work meets fabrication schedules and assignments.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine construction requirements and plan procedures.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
• Monitor item stocking and min/max levels to determine reorder needs.
• Perform equipment and site safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Report job and schedule status to supervisor or manager as appropriate.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–3 years of fabrication experience (preferred).
• Detail oriented, excellent communication, and highly organized.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of ERP applications (preferably Oracle).
• Self‑management and project management ability.
