Facility Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and costs.
• Support facility renovations and new construction projects as needed.
• Assist in the setup of equipment and furniture for facility events.
• Regularly review facility management practices to enhance efficiency and safety.
