Thorough knowledge of maintenance, repair and manual tasks of the area assigned; general knowledge of the use of common hand and specialized power tools required in the work, of the safe use, operation and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment required in the work, and in the use of standard office equipment; skill in the use of equipment to which assigned;

ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, to follow instructions; and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and the general public. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited community college with moderate experience in industrial maintenance. Possession of a valid North Carolina driver’s license upon hire. Must meet and maintain all certification, license and training requirements for position.
