Clean and maintain all common areas including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, restrooms, and amenity spaces

Sweep, mop, and power wash walkways, breezeways, and entryways as needed

Remove trash and debris from grounds, parking lots, dumpster enclosures, and other exterior areas

Assist with the cleaning and preparation of vacant units for move-in

Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team or supervisor

Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored and used safely and properly

Assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs or filters as directed

Support setup and cleanup for community events

Assist with landscaping or snow removal duties as needed

Help with special projects or emergency response efforts

Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently

Basic understanding of cleaning supplies, tools, and safety practices

Physical ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds

Willingness to work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Ability to read and understand safety data sheets (SDS)

Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or groundskeeping roles

Experience working at an apartment community or commercial property

Regularly exposed to outdoor and indoor working conditions

Frequent walking, lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying materials or tools

May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and equipment

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
