Facilities Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and operation of our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for keeping our building, equipment, and infrastructure safe, reliable, and running efficiently.

• Manage daily facility and maintenance operations.
• Lead and support maintenance and facilities staff.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and other building systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Oversee custodial services and facility cleanliness.
• Manage the facilities budget and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, fire, environmental, and building requirements.
• Support manufacturing operations and respond to facility issues as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspections, permits, and equipment information.
• Recommend facility improvements and capital projects to leadership.

• 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred ( Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field)
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facility maintenance.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, and projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• CMMS knowledge
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Experience in highly regulated industry is a strong plus.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Full-time position. Occasional evenings, weekends, or after-hours response may be required for emergencies or business needs. Travel is seldomly required.
