As a Lift Repair Technician, you will work on complex repairs to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment. You are a technical expert, capable of diagnosing and solving major malfunctions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities are organized around three main areas:

Diagnostic & Repair

  • Identify the causes of malfunctions and perform the necessary repairs.
  • Re-establish the equipment in a safe manner.
  • Intervene on scheduled or urgent repairs.

Safety & Quality

  • Apply safety guidelines and KONE standards.
  • Ensure the compliance of interventions and the safety of users.
  • Respect the procedures and deadlines defined.

Client Relations & Reporting

  • Inform the client about the work done and its duration.
  • Record interventions in dedicated tools.
  • Communicate information feedback to management.

Your profile:

You are the guarantor of urban mobility. Each intervention is for you an opportunity to ensure safety, reliability, and comfort for the thousands of users who use our equipment every day.

Your DNA: rigor, autonomy, and customer service sense.

  • Technical training (electricity, electromechanical or equivalent).
  • Driving license B required for travel.
  • Organization and autonomy to manage your interventions.
  • Interpersonal skills to inform and reassure your clients.
