Cleaner

Your tasks in a nutshell:

• Clean and maintain all equipment used in meal preparation
• Collect and dispose of waste
• Sort and store kitchen utensils
• Ensure the cleanliness of used equipment and clean the dishwashing area
• Check the supply of used products and the state of stocks
• Verify the proper functioning of equipment and report malfunctions
• Apply hygiene, health, and workplace safety rules in effect
• Common provisions related to continuity and public service requirements

Mastery of handling kitchen and cleaning equipment (manual and automatic),

• Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques
• Knowledge of cleaning products used
• Knowledge of hygiene, health, and workplace safety rules in effect
• Knowledge of the Sanitary Control Plan
• Knowledge of the use of Personal Protective Equipment

Fixed-term contract for 10 months

In the course of its duties and when the continuity of service is engaged, the agent may be called, as a coherent extension of its main activities, to be entrusted with any other maintenance task and, if necessary, the basic tasks necessary for the operation of the catering service.
