Custodial Supervisor

Custodial Supervisor UCSB Facilities Management University of California, Santa Barbara Summary of Job Details:
Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Custodial and Landscape Services, the Custodial Supervisor is part of the custodial supervisory team that is responsible for all aspects of the department's around-the-clock custodial services program involving from 100+ custodial working staff. The Custodial Supervisor has full management responsibility for achievement of operational, personnel, and customer satisfaction objectives for all staff on their assigned shift.

Required Qualifications:

• Required or equivalent certification High School Diploma
• 4-6 years Advanced knowledge in custodial and housekeeping services Required Special Conditions of Employment:
• May be required to work extended hours, weekends, and/or alternate shifts, to meet the operational needs of the department.
• Required to hold a valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies and procedures, and/or enroll in the California - - Employer Pull Notice Program.
• Satisfactory criminal history background check
• UCSB is a Tobacco-Free environment Hiring/Budgeted Salary: $80,400 to $92,000/yr. Full Salary Range: $67,700 to $118,500/yr. Working Days and
